The modern thinking person, living in a time of crisis of Faith, is tormented by their own frustration at the distortion of the teachings of Christ, Buddha or Krishna. Many of them are starting to say that they no longer believe in any god, that they can no longer pray, that they no longer want to go to temples, or that they no longer consider them as such. Some of them would be happy to believe if what is important to them were explained in a non-dogmatic way. They would pray if it were explained to them why they need it and… how it should be done. What is the difference between praying “in your own words” and praying in written, universally accepted words? What is the difference between prayer and meditation? What does it mean to ‘pray with the heart’…?

This is what this book tries to answer briefly, born out of meeting over and over again the people who ask these and similar questions.

You will also find a variety of prayers, including prayers to the Seven Archangels.

It is worth mentioning that antropotheosophy accepts and does not set against nor neglect any form of Faith that can help a person to understand themselves.
